How was your life before your coaching?
Before I started the coaching program I was much stressed, very emotional, used to lose my control and become angry and aggressive towards my boyfriend, his friends, my own friends and colleagues, as well as my contacts.
Life was definitely going the wrong direction and I was not happy. I had very often getting tears in my eyes which I had to suppress.
Tell me something about your gains and changes you obtained.
Few days ago when I came for my coaching session I felt very happy! And I knew I was completed on the first phase of the program. I really felt Happy! This is very much different from how I started my coaching program.
After my coaching sessions of the first part, I could talk to my boyfriend in another way, that I didn’t involved myself aggressively in discussions. After about 5 coaching sessions I started to feel better and in better communication with my environment. But I still felt upset and jealous kind of going up and down in emotions.
I used to be very jealous about my boyfriend and his connections. Could not really talk with him without becoming upset and aggressive. Now I can easily talk with him and I do not feel aggressive any more. As I confronted and deleted those past ‘unconscious’ patterns, I could act in a rational way, and be more in present time. The negative emotions of the past does not get involved with my present as it used to so heavily.
I can also see how I had ‘contributed’ to the negativity of the past which I learned how to stop.
Result: improved communication and self-respect.
The result: It really helped me to be able to communicate with my boyfriend and since then, my boyfriend is acting differently towards my concerns and feelings. Another area which I feel the big improvement and change is with my friends. I am more direct, more myself, and more honest. So as a result they respect me and my feelings.
That means with a bit more communication we can handle a lot more easily.
Before I was not able to communicate these concerns and feelings so they could not find out what was wrong. Now I communicate more freely and we have a much better relationship.
In summary, with only 10 sessions, I have remarkably decreased the effects of negative past emotions in my present life, and have also improved my communication level so my relationship with my boyfriend and friends are in a much better way than I ever had experienced.
I feel happy 🙂 Much lighter, the pressure from the past sadness’s and confusions are not there anymore.
